Volleyball Recap: Kings Takes a Loss

Kings was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lebanon Warriors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-15.

Lebanon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Braydon Crockett, who had 16 digs and four assists. Crockett is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Anthony McCoy, who had five digs and two aces.

Kings' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lebanon, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Kings will square off against Milford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lebanon, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Sycamore on the 9th.
