Volleyball Game Preview: Monroe Redhawks vs. Anson Bearcats

Monroe is 0-10 against Anson since September of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Redhawks will venture away from home to face off against the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m.

Monroe lost 3-0 to West Stanly on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-6, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Anson came tearing into Wednesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Braves 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-12, 25-14.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Anson, their win bumped their record up to 17-2.

Monroe might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Anson in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Redhawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
