Baseball Game Preview: Canby Cougars vs. Glencoe Tide

The Canby Cougars will square off against the Glencoe Tide at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Canby has six straight wins, Glencoe has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Wednesday, Canby got the win against Putnam by a conclusive 8-1. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won nine contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Glencoe suffered their biggest loss since March 21st on Tuesday. They came up short against South Salem, falling 12-1.

Canby's victory bumped their record up to 9-6-1. As for Glencoe, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
