Baseball Recap: Tahoma Triumphs

Tahoma owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Kentwood Conquerors by a score of 4-0. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Conquerors recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Bryson Leach looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Trey Davies was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Jacob Lee also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Tahoma's win bumped their record up to 9-4-1. As for Kentwood, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Looking ahead, Tahoma will welcome Kentridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kentwood, they will head out to take on Redmond at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
