Softball Recap: Raton Tigers vs. Santa Fe Indian Braves

Raton scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 25-13 margin over the Santa Fe Indian Braves. Raton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won seven matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Raton got a massive performance out of Brooklyn Marquez, who went 2-for-4 with six RBI, three runs, and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Elaina Gigante, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

On Santa Fe Indian's side, Layla Sarracino made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Asia Galbadon was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
