Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Takes a Loss

Twin Valley suffered their biggest loss since January 24th on Saturday. They lost 47-26 to Long Trail. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with Long Trail recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Twin Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Long Trail, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twin Valley will challenge Poultney at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Long Trail, they will take on Mt. St. Joseph Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Long Trail has won six straight at home, while Mt. St. Joseph Academy won six straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
