While Ukiah's win against Healdsburg wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats beat the Greyhounds by a goal, winning 2-1. Given Ukiah's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 249th, while Healdsburg are ranked 537th) , the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Adrian Vasquez and Eusebio Andrade scored both of Ukiah's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Ukiah has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Healdsburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4-3.

Looking ahead, Ukiah will challenge Maria Carrillo at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. The contest will give Ukiah their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Healdsburg, they have already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against Cloverdale on the 9th.
