Baseball Recap: Acalanes Takes a Loss

Acalanes was the 4-2 winner over Alhambra when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Dons fell 6-2 to the Bulldogs on Tuesday. The Dons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Acalanes saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Copen, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Acalanes' loss dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for Alhambra, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

While Acalanes had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
