Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Trevon Williamson: he recorded his first sack on Monday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also rushed for 14 yards as Gray Collegiate Academy fell to James Island 24-8. We hope Monday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Williamson and Gray Collegiate Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marlboro County at 7:30 p.m. on September 5. The War Eagles closed last season having struggled on the road and they will enter the matchup having lost six straight away games dating back to last season.
