Basketball Recap: Clearwater Comes Up Short

Clearwater was the 72-64 winner over Neelyville when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Clearwater Fightin' Tigers had to suffer through a 93-37 loss at the hands of the Neelyville Tigers. The Fightin' Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clearwater's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-12. As for Neelyville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-10.

Clearwater wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 66-39 defeat against Doniphan on the 28th. As for Neelyville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 40-29 win against East Carter on the 28th.
