Leroy entered their tilt with Washington County on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 16 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Leroy pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Washington County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-19.

Looking ahead, Leroy will face off against Elberta at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Washington County, they will challenge Blacksher at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
