Volleyball Recap: Kingdom Leadership Academy Comes Up Short

Kingdom Leadership Academy came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Woodlawn Trailblazers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-17.

Among those leading the charge was Noah Quinlan, who had six kills and two aces. Quinlan is crushing it when it comes to aces: he's served at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Kingdom Leadership Academy's loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Woodlawn, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Kingdom Leadership Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Arborbrook Christian Academy on the 17th. As for Woodlawn, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Community School of Davidson on the 19th.
