Basketball Recap: Booker T. Washington Now 13-1 over Last 14 Games

With a playoff win on the line, Booker T. Washington rose to the challenge on Thursday. They took down the Carl Albert Titans 59-45. Given the Hornets' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Titans are ranked 34th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Booker T. Washington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points over those games. With the defeat, Carl Albert broke their 17-game winning streak and moved their record to 26-2.

As of now, neither Booker T. Washington nor Carl Albert have any future games scheduled.
