Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask York). They put the hurt on the Denbigh Patriots with a sharp 8-0 victory on Thursday. Mya Malloy was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

York is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those six games. As for Denbigh, they dropped their record down to 1-10-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
