Saugerties is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Saturday. 2025 welcomed they with a 51-27 loss courtesy of Warwick. The game marked the Sawyers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Greenville played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Guilderland and fell 67-31. The Spartans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-19.

Greenville now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Saugerties, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
