Basketball Recap: Collins Shuman Key Part of Team Effort in Tigers Win + How To Watch

While Metter didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They secured a 64-59 W over the Jenkins County War Eagles on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the War Eagles on their court since February 18, 2021.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Metter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Collins Shuman, who went 6-for-10 to rack up 13 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Dickerson, who shot 40% from the field on his way to 19 points.
