Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Comes Up Short

If Twin Valley was riding high fresh off their 75-40 takedown of Varsity Opponent last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Twin Valley Panthers fell 44-36 to the Montcalm Generals on Tuesday. The Panthers have struggled against the Generals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Twin Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Montcalm, their win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1.

Twin Valley will venture away from home to take on Holston at 7:30 p.m. on December 17th. As for Montcalm, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Eastern Montgomery at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Montcalm is facing Eastern Montgomery at the right time seeing as Eastern Montgomery is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
