Basketball Recap: Timber Creek Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

There's no place like home for Timber Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Lake Nona Lions by a score of 46-33 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Wolves: when they faced off against the Lions back in December of 2024, they had to take a 55-48 loss.

Angel Paulino was the offensive standout of the game as he posted ten points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Hibbard, who earned nine points.

Timber Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 74-56 win against Boone on the 10th. As for Lake Nona, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-47 defeat against University on the 10th.
