Tomahawk won against Medford last Friday with 24 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Hatchets put the hurt on the Merrill Bluejays with a sharp 24-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Hatchets, who have now won four matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Tomahawk and bumps their season record up to 7-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 17 points in those games. As for Merrill, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.
