Soccer Game Preview: Campbell vs. Mililani

Campbell is 1-9 against Mililani since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Campbell Sabers will challenge the Mililani Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Campbell sitting on five straight victories and Mililani on 12.

Campbell is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Hawaii's top teams: Kailua, who was ranked 15th at the time (Campbell was ranked sixth). Campbell never let Kailua onto the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday. The Sabers' winning goal came courtesy of Jonah Poepoe.

Meanwhile, Mililani sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Castle on Thursday.

Campbell is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-1-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 49 goals over those nine games. As for Mililani, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0.
