Lumberton got a massive performance out of Alona Hanna, who scored three runs while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayla Hunt, who went 3-for-3 with four RBI, a run, and a double.
Ashley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Lumberton, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2.
