Basketball Recap: Dade County Comes Up Short

If Dade County was riding high fresh off their 65-7 takedown of Gordon Central last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolverines took a 63-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chattooga Indians on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost four in a row.

Dade County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Chattooga, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Dade County will take on rival Armuchee at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Chattooga is set to challenge their familiar foe Gordon Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
