Paradise Adventist Academy came tearing into Saturday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 47-29 victory over the College View Academy Eagles. The win was all the more spectacular given the Cougars' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 899th in California, while the Eagles are ranked 201st in Nebraska).

Paradise Adventist Academy has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points per game. As for College View Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-4 record.
