Volleyball Recap: Tomball Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Win

Tomball had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They blew past the Klein Forest Eagles 3-0. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tomball was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-12, 25-5.

Kailynn Fosdick was the offensive standout of the game as she had 11 assists and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.

Fosdick wasn't the only good server: Tomball was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in eight consecutive matches.

Tomball's record is now 30-5. As for Klein Forest, their defeat was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-16.
