Volleyball Recap: Lebanon Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Anthony Mccoy and Braydon Crockett

If Lebanon was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Kings last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell 3-1 to the Sycamore Aviators on Wednesday.

The final score came out to 25-20, 24-26, 25-22, 25-11.

Despite the defeat, Lebanon had strong showings from Braydon Crockett, who had 33 digs and two assists, and Anthony McCoy, who had 16 assists and nine digs. Crockett has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times he's played.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Sycamore, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Coming up, Lebanon will head out on the road to take on West Clermont at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Sycamore, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
