Baseball Recap: Obion County Comes Up Short

Obion County fell victim to Dyer County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Choctaws, falling 16-0. The Rebels have struggled against the Choctaws recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Obion County's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Dyer County, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-6-1.

Looking ahead, Obion County will welcome Bradford at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dyer County, they have already played their next game, a 10-1 defeat against South Gibson on the 16th.
