Soccer Recap: Troy Takes a Loss

Troy's game on Wednesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Brea Olinda Wildcats by a score of 2-1. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on January 6th.

Troy's loss dropped their record down to 10-4-4. As for Brea Olinda, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Villa Park the next time they take the pitch. Troy will head out to face Villa Park at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while Brea Olinda will host them at 5:00 p.m. on January 29th.
