Northwest Christian School came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.1 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Davenport Gorillas get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The Crusaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.

Northwest Christian School's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Davenport, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Northwest Christian School will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Gorillas: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
