Basketball Recap: Latitude Comes Up Short

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 96-48, which was the final score in the Latitude Lynx's tilt against Envision Academy on Tuesday. The Lynx have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Envision Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chuka ACHINULO out in front who dropped a double-double on 34 points and 48 rebounds. ACHINULO is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least nine every time he's taken the court this season. MALIK MCKenzie was another key player, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 35 rebounds.

Latitude's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Envision Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Latitude nor Envision Academy have any future games scheduled.
