Soccer Game Preview: Westbury vs. Milby

The Westbury Huskies will head out on the road to square off against the Milby Buffs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Westbury barely beat Galena Park the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Westbury was the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over Galena Park on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Milby fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against Austin by a score of 4-2 last Tuesday.

Westbury is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That somehow still isn't as good as their 13-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. Milby's win bumped their record up to 4-6.
