After low-scoring totals in their previous five match, York brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They came out on top against the Lancaster Bruins by a score of 4-2 on Friday. It was an even better day for Drew Ely as he scored three goals for his team.

York's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 8-12. As for Lancaster, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
