Whitinsville Christian came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Prouty, but Jayden Rubio wouldn't allow it. The Panthers came out on top against the Crusaders by a score of 70-58 on Monday for which the team can thank Rubio, who posted 28 points. His evening made it 12 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

When it comes to explaining why Whitinsville Christian lost, don't look at Gabe Deters. Despite the final result, he earned 17 points. Another player making a difference was Eamon Moloney, who had 12 points.

Prouty's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Whitinsville Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-4 record this season.
