Baseball Recap: Cesar E. Chavez Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

While Cesar E. Chavez's victory against Wisdom wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lobos skirted past the Generals 7-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-2 on Tuesday.

Juan Cardenas was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Another player making a difference was Giovanni Lopez, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run.

Cesar E. Chavez's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-9. As for Wisdom, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.
