Volleyball Recap: Tri-City Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Tri-City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Edinburg Wildcats. The Tornadoes were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Tri-City was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-23.

Tiffany Farley paced Tri-City's offense, picking up six kills. Farley got some help from Gentrie Earles and her nine assists.

Tri-City's loss dropped their record down to 4-25. As for Edinburg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-12.

Looking ahead, Tri-City will take on Mt. Olive at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edinburg, they will challenge Illini Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
