Basketball Game Preview: Center Vikings vs. Hoehne Farmers

Having just played yesterday, the Center Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the Hoehne Farmers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hoehne took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Center, who comes in off a win.

Center will bounce into Saturday's contest after beating Crested Butte, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Center skirted past Crested Butte 51-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Meanwhile, Hoehne came up short against Fowler on Friday and fell 61-52. The loss continues a trend for the Farmers in their matchups with the Grizzlies: they've now lost four in a row.

Center is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Hoehne, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Center took their victory against Hoehne in their previous matchup back in January of 2021 by a conclusive 57-32. Does Center have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hoehne turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
