Soccer Recap: Lehman Takes a Loss

Lehman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Cedar Park Timberwolves, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 521st, while the Timberwolves are ranked 12th).

Lehman's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Cedar Park, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Looking ahead, Lehman will venture away from home to take on Glenn at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cedar Park, they will welcome Leander at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Cedar Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.
