Basketball Recap: Morristown Central Comes Up Short

Morristown Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 55-22 defeat at the hands of the Edwards-Knox Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-30 back in January.

Morristown Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Edwards-Knox, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.

Morristown Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Edwards-Knox, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-37 win against Canton on the 10th.
