Jeffersonville had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Lawrence North Wildcats by a score of 56-49 on Saturday. The Red Devils are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 17 straight.

Tre Singleton was his usual excellent self, going 6-for-8 on his way to 16 points in addition to seven boards and six assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last 11 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Michael Cooper, who posted nine points and five rebounds.

Jeffersonville's victory bumped their record up to 23-5. As for Lawrence North, they moved to 24-7 with that defeat, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.

Coming up, Jeffersonville will take on Fishers at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday. Fishers will roll in looking for their 31st straight win, something Jeffersonville surely won't give up without a fight. Lawrence North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
