Volleyball Recap: East Chicago Central Takes a Loss

East Chicago Central's tournament run continued when they took on La Porte on Saturday. The Cardinals fell 2-0 to the Slicers. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-9.

East Chicago Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for La Porte, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

East Chicago Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Portage on the 23rd. As for La Porte, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Concord on the 23rd.
