Lincoln Park waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Von Steuben Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lincoln Park easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-13.

Lincoln Park's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Von Steuben, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-5-1 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lincoln Park will square off against rival Westinghouse at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Von Steuben is set to challenge their familiar foe North Grand at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
