Soccer Recap: Pulaski County Comes Up Short

Pulaski County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They came up short against the Christiansburg Blue Demons, falling 9-1. While losing is never fun, Pulaski County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 255th, while Christiansburg are ranked 88th).

Pulaski County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Christiansburg, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Blue Demons beat Pulaski County by a score of 9-1 on Monday.
