Basketball Recap: Paola Starts Season with Victory Against Frontenac

Paola had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Frontenac Raiders 82-47 on Tuesday.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paola will head out to face off against Baldwin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Frontenac, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Labette County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
