Soccer Recap: Chicago Academy Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Chicago Academy was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Kenwood Broncos by a score of 1-0. Chicago Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Kenwood apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2021.

Chicago Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-4-3. As for Kenwood, their win bumped their record up to 10-2-2.

Chicago Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-1 victory against Steinmetz College Prep on the 10th. As for Kenwood, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Senn on the 8th.
