Volleyball Recap: Edwardsville Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

After losing to Belleville West the last time they met, Edwardsville decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Maroons on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Edwardsville easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19.

Edwardsville's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6. As for Belleville West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.
