The Woodlake Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Strathmore Spartans at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Woodlake is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 29 points per game this season.

Woodlake will head into Friday's match on the come-up: they were handed a three-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Orange Cove on Friday. Woodlake really took it to Orange Cove for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-7 win at home. Strathmore's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gerardo Ruiz, who rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Ramon Rodriguez, who rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.

Woodlake has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Strathmore, their record now sits at 5-1.
