For the second straight game, Glens Falls will face off against Amsterdam. The Black Bears will host the Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Glens Falls is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.5 runs per game this season.

Glens Falls will bounce into Wednesday's game after beating Amsterdam, who they had gone 0-6 against in their six prior meetings. The Black Bears put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 12-1 win on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Black Bears.

Quinn LaMountain made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season.

In other batting news, Glens Falls got a massive performance out of Jacob Hubert, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. Hubert is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Brayden Bennett was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Amsterdam now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Glens Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1.
