Sotomayor Gets a Boost from Moon in 48-28 Win

Starting off the list is Sotomayor's Chauncey Moon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moon rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 85 yards and a touchdown. Those 117 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

The victory (which was Sotomayor's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Moon and Sotomayor will host Taft at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Harlan's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks takes on Stevens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
