Volleyball Game Preview: Cyprus Pirates vs. Highland Rams

The Cyprus Pirates will take on the Highland Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Cyprus lost 3-0 to West Jordan on Thursday. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

While Cyprus ultimately came up short, they really made West Jordan work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-21, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Highland came up short against Olympus on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-11.

Cyprus' defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Highland, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
