Yulee has gone a perfect 5-0 against Paxon School For Advanced Studies recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Yulee will challenge Paxon School For Advanced Studies at 6:30 p.m. Yulee is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.
On Wednesday, Yulee was able to grind out a solid win over Stanton, taking the game 11-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Daylon Adams and Logan Riege did most of the damage at the plate: Adams went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple, while Riege went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Riege has become a key player for Yulee: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 6-8 otherwise. Kenny Schweitzer also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Yulee kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over Miami on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Golden Eagles have posted since March 4th.
Zach Blandford looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Michael Belcher was a standout: he scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Harris, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.
Paxon School For Advanced Studies is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. Yulee now has a winning record of 10-9.
Yulee took their win against Paxon School For Advanced Studies in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0. Will Yulee repeat their success, or does Paxon School For Advanced Studies has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
