Mile High Academy won the last time they faced Midland Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Mile High Academy Mustangs breezed past Midland Academy to the tune of 45-13. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.

Mile High Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Delanie Prowant, who went 7-for-13 en route to 14 points along with six rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Addy Dodds, who posted 14 points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

Mile High Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in eight consecutive games.

Mile High Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.0 points over those games. As for Midland Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Mile High Academy will square off against STEM School Highlands Ranch at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for STEM School Highlands Ranch: they have been struggling with seven straight losses at home, while Mile High Academy has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. Midland Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
